I ran around the neighborhoods pushing Mitchell in our jogging stroller looking for houses decorated for halloween.  It was a night run.  I just ran at a very comfortable pace and enjoyed the sights and the nice temperatures.

Ran up to the top of Malan's Peak and a little beyond then back down.

I forgot how steep it was going up to Malan's Peak at times I had to walk for a little ways because my quads and calves were burning.  Even on the way down I found that I was riding the breaks most of the way down because it was so steep and too dangerous to let loose.
