I tried to run this at a slighty faster pace than what was really comfortable.  It was going well for the first 3 miles but than I got a bad case of the craps and had to stop twice to take care of that (once in somebody's side yard).

These were bike mile pulling my two boys in our bike trailer.  I was trying to go as fast as I run but I couldn't do it except for when going down.  Because I'm not in bike shape at all this was a better workout than I would have gotten running this same route.

Biked past clinton pond and then up a pathway that goes past the back side of Clinton Elementary then back home.
