Personal:
I got married to my beautiful wife Alisha on 08/01/2008. We have 3 beautiful children Mitchell (born 04/20/2010), Payson (03/05/2012), and Penny (12/03/2013).
I mentioned yesterday that I had some groin pains, well today that pain was a lot worse. So I decided to turn around .4 miles into the run and go back home and ice it. Hopefully nothing a little rest and ice can't fix.

I hope it heels up. I strained my lower calf today as well and I am supposed to run the Steeplechase this weekend. uh oh.

Fritz - I think mine will be fine I just have to be extra cautious. I read your entry for today and it sound like yours is worse if you had to hobble back down. I hope your able to get yours feeling better too! Dang injuries!
