Decided to slowly work my way back to hard workouts, starting with this workout.

Mile splits: 7:17, 5:53, 7:00, 5:49, 7:00, 5:35, 6:44.

On the three faster miles I just wanted to be under 6 minutes. 

The workout was felt easy, as it should have.  The calf felt good.

I have been trying for a long time to make it a whole run without looking down at my watch. I finally did it. Good run. AP: 6:48.
